How do I get a price?
Book online. Enter your address and you see your price right away. Businesses book a free walkthrough the same way.
Why don't you list prices on the website?
Your price depends on your town, because travel is built into it. So we quote every home exactly, instead of showing a number that may not be yours.
What areas do you serve?
The East and West Kootenays: Cranbrook, Kimberley, Fernie, Sparwood, Elkford, Fairmont, Creston, Windermere, Invermere, Radium, Golden, Castlegar, Trail, Rossland, Warfield, Nelson, Salmo, Slocan, Grand Forks, Greenwood, Midway, Rock Creek, Nakusp, New Denver, Silverton, Winlaw and Kaslo. Kitchen hood cleaning is West Kootenay only.
After a smoky wildfire summer, what should I clean?
Start with your furnace filter. Change it once the smoke clears. If dust or a smoky smell still comes from your vents after that, a duct cleaning is the next step. Outside, ash and grime on siding comes off with a soft wash, and we clean windows outside only, or inside and out.
Can I book more than one service at once?
Yes. Add a service to a visit and the travel is already covered.
Do you clean gutters with gutter guards?
No. We are not able to clean gutters that have gutter guards installed.
Do you wash in the winter?
No. We do not book washing in December, January or February.
What do you need to price a kitchen hood?
Two numbers: how many filters your hood has, and how many storeys the exhaust goes up. No site visit needed. Kitchen hoods are a West Kootenay service.
