Kootenay Property Care cleans commercial kitchen exhaust systems for the West Kootenay's restaurants, hotels, pubs and institutional kitchens. Grease-loaded hoods, filters and exhaust ducts are the hardest-working, and highest-risk, system in any commercial kitchen, and keeping them clean keeps the kitchen running.

Hood, filter and exhaust duct cleaning
We clean the whole exhaust path, the hood canopy, the grease filters, the exhaust duct run and the rooftop fan, clearing the grease that builds through daily cooking. A clean exhaust system moves air properly, keeps the line comfortable, and removes the grease load that no busy kitchen should carry.
